Lauren has over seventeen years of diverse commercial real estate experience, focusing on owner relationships, tenant retention, increasing return-on-investment, creative problem-solving, and adding value to her properties. Lauren is knowledgeable in numerous aspects of the real estate business including financial control and reporting, acquisitions/ dispositions, asset management, leasing, and team leadership.
Prior to joining Logic, Lauren was the Broker of Record for Voit Real Estate Services in Las Vegas which had a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet, and Regional Property Manager at TNP-Nevada, managing an 83 acre, mixed-use project where she helped take and retain occupancy from a low-60% to nearly 90% in less than three years. In addition, she managed several other Class A office and flex properties within the Las Vegas Valley.
Preceding TNP-Nevada, Lauren was a Senior Asset Manager with Thompson National Properties, Triple Net Properties, and The TMP Companies in California. At all three companies, her portfolio spanned from the Midwest to California, leading local management and leasing teams in every region. She was responsible for the development and implementation of property budgets, lease projections and NOI objectives, and was the final point of contact for lease negotiations and administration. On a regular basis, Lauren was heavily involved in financial analysis and property reporting for internal and investor use and client and investor relations, including tenant-in-common, institutional, and private owners. She also provided acquisition, disposition and refinance support to those teams as needed. In 2009, she spearheaded the renewal of a single-tenant office lease in Tennessee with a total value of $39M while simultaneously positioning a successful loan refinance for the building owners.
Lauren is a Nevada Real Estate Broker-Salesperson and a Nevada Notary Public. She also holds a Nevada Property Management Permit.
