Property Management Assistant

Rebecca Lloyd joined the Logic LV Property Management team in December of 2017 as the Executive Assistant to Lauren Vaniski, Director of Property Management. While fully supporting Lauren across properties and assisting with company projects; Rebecca’s role includes, but not limited to increasing efficiencies while establishing additional systems and procedures for the department.

Prior to joining Logic, Rebecca headed the Operations department at Baskow & Associates, the leading Destination Management Company in Las Vegas since 1976.  Through her expertise and dedication, she managed and operated the budgets, entertainment, transportation and catering for nearly 50 events in her first year.  She produced multiple week-long events for Fortune 500 Company’s, to include Johnson & Johnson, during the CES exhibition in Las Vegas, NV.

Prior to joining Baskow & Associates, Rebecca spent 10 years with International Market Centers (IMC), the world’s largest operator of premier showroom space in the furnishing, home décor and gift industries.  With 12.1 Million square feet of world-class exhibition space in High Point, N.C. and Las Vegas.  She dedicated 5 years as a Tenant Relations Manager while implementing a streamlined Standard Operating Procedure between both properties.   During her tenure, she managed nearly 250 tenants along with 200 Temporary Tradeshow Exhibitors across 4 shows annually. Her expertise, also led her to the opportunity to manage the Las Vegas Design Center, the trade marketplace dedicated to home furnishings and design located within International Market Centers.  During this time Rebecca supported the industry’s leading designers, suppliers and consumers during its daily operating hours.
