Property Management Assistant

Trisha joined Logic Commercial Real Estate in March 2018 as a Property Management Assistant. Trisha assists our Property Management Team with a growing and dynamic commercial property portfolio. Trisha’s responsibilities include providing full administrative support such as routine correspondence and scheduling, streamlining processes for best practices across all properties while allowing for individual property needs to be met, assisting our Property Management team with monthly reporting property administration and tenant relations.

Before joining Logic Commercial Real Estate, Trisha was a Service Manager and Showroom Manager at International Market Centers (IMC), the world’s largest operator of premier showroom space in the furniture, home décor, and gift industries. She specialized in high level concierge services to new tenants and buyers which included over seeing showroom construction build-outs and coordinating high volume move-in and move-outs. Trisha brought with her an extensive customer service background that focused on elevating the tenant and buyer experience. Trisha’s professional success at IMC was a result of many years building relationships with high-profile clientele as a supervisor with Wells Fargo Bank as well as providing excellent customer service in the demanding nature of tradeshows and event management with Freeman.

Trisha continues her dedication to community involvement as chairperson of the Logic Community Philanthropy Outreach. She remains involved as a volunteer working with a local non-profit preschool where she served as a Board member and Fundraising Chair personally responsible for donations and budget management of $50,000 plus annually.
