Ashley Lawson

Ashley joined LOGIC in March 2025 as a Senior Associate, bringing with her 17 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on both Landlord and Tenant representation. Prior to joining LOGIC, she worked with a leading landlord developer, where she managed and fully leased over 13 properties—showcasing her ability to deliver results and maximize asset performance.

At LOGIC, Ashley specializes in Tenant representation, offering a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to navigating the entire transaction process. From site selection to lease negotiation, she is committed to advocating for her clients and ensuring a smooth and successful experience at every step.

Ashley is also deeply involved in the commercial real estate community and participates in both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) organizations. Passionate about giving back, she also volunteers her time with Reno Behavioral Health, reflecting her dedication to supporting and uplifting her local community.
