Brendan Leake
Brendan began his career at the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) as an Economic Development Coordinator, where he was responsible for project management, business incentives, analytical support and compiling reports on new businesses relocating to Southern Nevada. He then transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield as a Research Coordinator on a high-producing Office Team, where he focused on data collection, marketing research, landlord activity reporting and database management. With his background in economic development and research, Brendan has now ventured into the brokerage side of the industry where he specializes in landlord agency leasing and tenant representation. He is dedicated to helping landlords lease their centers to 100% occupancy and assisting tenants in growing their market presence. Some of his tenants in the market include: Black Sheep, Firefly, F45 Fitness, Hounds Town USA, and Hummus Bowls among others. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brendan holds a degree from Nevada State College in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He is also a graduate of the NAIOP of Southern Nevada Developing Leaders Institute.
