Charity Dahlke serves as an Property Manager for Logic Commercial Real Estate. Charity holds a Nevada Real Estate Sales Person license and property management permit. Charity’s role includes managing tenant and vendor relations, on-boarding new tenants, and property inspections and maintenance. She has over five years of experience managing vendor relationships, building operations and tenant retention.
Prior to joining Logic, Charity spent two and half years at Tenant Relations Manager at International Market Centers (IMC), the world’s largest operator of premier showroom space for in the furnishing, home décor and gift industries. Operating in two cities, Charity managed the C building in Las Vegas managing over 350 tenants and 2 million square feet of showroom space. During this time, IMC experienced its largest growth period in ten years in the Gift and Home Décor lines that exhibit in Building C, and grew from 120 tenants to over 350. She set industry standard by further developing the New Tenant On-Boarding program which includes providing specialized concierge service with Service Managers to assist new tenants with their move-in and construction projects. Her expertise with tenant on-boarding and managing multiple projects under tight timelines enable her to grow a 33% customer service rating to 92% during her tenure.
Prior to joining IMC, Charity spent several years working in the trade show industry with Freeman Companies and as an independent contractor which is where her expertise and dedication to excellent customer service began. There she worked in Exhibitor Services and was also contracted to provide concierge services for show management and exhibitors. Understanding the perishable nature of trade-shows and the extreme timelines in which all exhibitors and general contractors must be ready for show opening, Charity excelled in providing excellent service with her quick response, problem solving and solution-driven mindset.
Charity enjoys lending her skills and time to multiple non-profit organizations. She has spent over ten years volunteering in multiple capacities including appointments to several Educational and Advisory Boards at the national and state level and serving as a 2nd Lieutenant with the Civil Air Patrol, a civilian auxiliary of the USAF.
