Thomas Kolvet

Thomas Kolvet is a strategist at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate and is focusing on industrial, office, and investment properties while currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Thomas is a full-time student at the University of Nevada, Reno. During his past years at the University, he has achieved recognition from Beta Gamma Sigma, the College of Business honor society, for being in the top 5% of students in his Business class. As well as receiving recognition from the University’s athletic director for speaking on behalf of the GSR Arena project and the Indoor Practice Facility project.

He is currently a member of NAIOP and is looking to continue his career in commercial brokerage. He looks to refine his commercial brokerage skills and grow relationships with his clients with a heavy focus on achieving the clients’ end goals, while navigating the real estate market of Northern Nevada.

Thomas is a sixth-generation Northern Nevadan, so he enjoys being able to watch and be a part of the area’s growth and improvements to increase the quality of life that Northern Nevada already has to offer.
