LOGIC Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the promotions of Amelia Henry, CCIM and Travis Landes to Vice Presidents within their respective teams.
Amelia has been with Logic for more than 2 years, during which time she held the position of Senior Associate and is partnered with Ted Baker of The Baker Group. Amelia heads the team’s investment sales portfolio and oversees retail leasing. Amelia’s most recent transaction was the sale of 2550 S. Rainbow Blvd., which was purchased in November of 2020 for $8,600,000.00. Since joining The Baker Group and Logic, Amelia has represented a multitude of clients, both private and corporate, preferred developers, private equity groups, franchisors, franchisees, and build‐to‐suit specialists. The Baker Group represents many national credit tenants such as In-N-Out Burger, Panera Bread, Lifetime Fitness, and Dicks Sporting Goods. Amelia is also a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is an active member of the local Southern Nevada CCIM chapter.

Travis joined Logic more than 3 years ago and served as Senior Associate with the Magliarditi | Landes Office Advisors, specializing in office assets. Travis excels at negotiation, buyer and seller representation, and possesses a substantial familiarity with zoning guidelines and regulations to help him better assist his clients. Some of Travis’ recent transactions include 375 E. Warm Springs, which was purchased in May of 2018 for $8,500,000, and over 2.5 years we leased it to 98%, and sold the property for $13,100,000. Travis also represented Three Square Inc. in the purchase of 3975 E. Craig Rd., a 39,395 SF building in an effort to expand their footprint and service of the Senior Hunger Program across Southern Nevada.
