Paseo Verde Parkway is a +/- 75,249 SF multi-tenant office building located in the Green Valley district of Henderson, NV (Las Vegas MSA). The building is located just south of the 215 Beltway and west of The District at Green Valley Ranch, the first Lifestyle Center built in Southern Nevada. LOGIC ran a comprehensive marketing campaign emphasizing the tenant mix and location to achieve ownership record price.

At time of closing, LOGIC set the record for the lowest cap rate sale for a multi-tenant office building post-recession (a record in our market that is still in place)
