Dornin Investment Group did an excellent job in adding value to this asset over their ownership period and the building showed very well to prospective buyers. Logic set the first multi-tenant office comp above $300 PSF in July 2017 ($313 PSF) and are proud to have surpassed that record with this closing at $328 PSF.
