Marketing Coordinator

LOGIC Commercial Real Estate is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator provides support to in-house commercial real estate agents through the creation of both printed and digital materials. He/She ensures that each piece strengthens the company’s reputation and adheres design guidelines according to an established brand standards. He/She executes high-quality visual communications through strong attention to detail, acute listening skills and dialogue, design skills, creation of original design, high-level customer service, and working collaboratively with peers in a fast-paced environment.

This job description gives an overview of the overall essential functions, skills, and abilities for the Marketing Coordinator’s role.   • Develops original concepts, and creative in support of the company’s marketing and communication objectives. The marketing coordinator should provide design and production expertise to peers and internal clients to enhance deliverables while maintaining professional relationships
  • Works collaboratively with the Marketing team to design and manage daily projects and assignments
  • Designs visual communication materials (brochures, property flyers, invitations, direct mail, e-mail campaigns, etc.) for the company’s clients and staff from concept to distribution while adhering to brand standards, production schedules, deadlines, budgets and service expectations
  • Completes daily administration of projects and updates while communicating with the Marketing team and agents
  • Reports to Marketing Director with any discrepancies or problems requiring resolution
  • Complies with the company’s regulatory guidelines and corporate policies at all times
  • Performs additional duties and assists with special projects as assigned
  • Meet with agents or the Marketing Director to determine the scope of a project
  • Advise agents on strategies to reach a particular audience and/or achieve specific goals
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the agents and Marketing Director into the final design


  • Strong work ethic, positive and upbeat attitude, excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Constant Contact; Word Press and HTML skills are a bonus
  • Proven ability to communicate verbally, in writing and visually. Proven commitment to quality; proven problem solving, decision making and time management skills; optimal organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, driven environment
  • Must have proven skills in print design, which can be executed among a variety of media and platforms, including web and digital
  • Experience with Apple based products (iMac and MacBook products and basic proficiency with MS Office suites)
  • A thorough knowledge of Mac hardware, server storage, and FTP
  • Ability to meticulously proofread marketing material
  • Must be able to work M-F 8 AM – 5 PM and work evenings as the demands of the job dictate
