Logic Commercial Real Estate is looking to hire an individual to work as the Office Manager. The Office Manager role will lead, maintain, and support the office by organizing all business operations and procedures. This role is considered the “heart” of the office, as it requires a high level of office awareness, communication, dedication, and trustworthiness.

Logic Commercial Real estate is a full-service firm specializing in Brokerage, Property Management, Capital Markets, and Receivership Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

      • General administrative day to day management
      • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
      • Managing projects and conducting research
      • Organizing and maintaining files and records
      • Vendor and equipment management
      • Events planning, scheduling, and guest arrangements
      • Build and maintain relationships with department personnel
      • Business and division licensing coordination
      • Additional duties as needed for well-being and advancement of company
      • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive materials
      • Manage calendar appointments and travel arrangements
      • Coordination with each division and executive team to provide support
      • Brokerage
        • Real Estate Division compliance including management of listing files
        • Sign order management
        • Deal tracking and intake
      • Assistance as required for Property Management, Capital Markets and Receivership Services

Skills, Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum 2 years of office experience
    • Real estate office experience a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Apple-based products
    • Prior notary public certification a plus
    • Strong problem solver; organizational skills; detail oriented; punctual; ability to multi-task
    • Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner
    • Ability to maintain confidential information
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company
    • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills – friendly and professional through email and phone
    • Must be self-motivated, a self-starter and have a positive attitude
    • Ability to focus and follow through to completion of projects
    • Ability set priorities, and operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
