Vice President of Sales

The Vice President of Sales will develop sales generation strategies that will excite current and potential clients while building brand awareness, launching into new markets, promoting our services, creating buzz and establishing client loyalty and retention.

The Vice President of Sales is an integral part of the team and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the strategic plan for the Logic brand. They focus on short and long-term division revenue growth, and the overall profitability of company

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning for entering new markets, establishing new and maintaining relationships
  • Develop relationships with owners and borrowers in order to build the Property Management, Brokerage, and Capital Markets book of business
  • Build relationships within the market with Brokers and Property Managers in efforts with perpetual recruitment
  • Build, manage, and leverage relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual appreciation of the client
  • Create and maintain a companywide CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for development and deployment of strategic, targeted materials
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Create an annual plan to establish business development needs along with finding new client growth
  • Effectively communicate company values to potential clients and partners
  • Understand and forecast industry trends to identify and create new business opportunities
  • Maintain a reputation for ethics, integrity, responsiveness to all clients, internal and external
  • Travel to new markets to network with the commercial Brokerage and Property Management community with intentions of expansion

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years in a similar role
