Adam Miller

Adam Miller joined LOGIC Commercial Real Estate in 2026 and is currently an Associate with the Margulis Retail Group, where he specializes in retail leasing and investment throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Adam focuses on landlord and tenant representation, with a particular emphasis on strategic transaction execution, disciplined negotiation, and securing solutions that create long-term value for the clients he represents. His work spans market analysis, lease negotiation, and transaction execution across the valley’s key retail corridors.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Adam earned degrees in Architecture and Real Estate from the University of San Diego, where his academic background laid the foundation for a practice grounded in both analytical thinking and creative problem solving. A Las Vegas native and graduate of Bishop Gorman High School, Adam brings deep familiarity with the local market, its retail landscape, and the ownership and tenant community that drives activity throughout the valley.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors, snowboarding, swimming, staying active, and exploring the landscapes and communities that make the West unique. He values time with family and friends and brings the same energy, curiosity, and discipline from his personal life into his professional approach.
