Andie Wilson Bonkowski, CCIM

An industry veteran, Andie is the only ever Summit Awards “Generalist of the Decade”, awarded in 2016, after winning “Generalist of the Year” four times in the prior decade. She has been involved in over $350 million in transaction volume in her career. She has extensive experience in industrial, multifamily, commercial, and investment property sales and leasing. A CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member), she has served as President of the local CCIM and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) chapters, as well as President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Nevada organization. She has served on the Boards for NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties) of Northern Nevada and NNDA (Northern Nevada Development Authority). She previously owned and operated NAI Alliance Carson City, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Brokers.
