As a Senior Vice President of Logic Commercial Real Estate, Andrew Kilduff brings more than two decades of executive experience spanning commercial brokerage, development, and investment strategy across the Las Vegas Valley and Western United States. He is recognized for his deep market intelligence, institutional relationships, and ability to structure and execute complex transactions that balance strategic vision with financial precision.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held senior leadership positions with Nevada HAND, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, and Turnberry Associates—advising national developers, REITs, and private investors on acquisition, entitlement, and large-scale development initiatives. His expertise extends from affordable housing and master-planned communities to land, office, retail, and infill redevelopment projects, consistently delivering measurable results for clients and stakeholders.
