Casey Prostinak, SIOR

Serving Northern Nevada’s industrial, office, and land-development sectors, Prostinak leverages over a decade of experience in multi-tenant, net-leased, and GSA-leased investments to craft acquisition, disposition, and leasing strategies that maximize value. He also advises occupiers on corporate relocations and expansions. Prostinak holds the SIOR designation and has been an active NAIOP member for more than ten years. A University of Nevada, Reno graduate in Finance and Economics, he began his career supporting early-stage startups and a PropTech venture before dedicating himself exclusively to commercial brokerage. A Reno/Tahoe native, he balances deal-making with outdoor pursuits; skiing, mountain biking and exploring Nevada’s wide-open spaces.
