Deron Conway
With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis in retail, Deron Conway has an extensive background combining brokerage services, corporate real estate within the REIT sector, ground-up development, land sales, and complex transaction negotiations.
Known for his diverse skill set and market-driven strategy, Deron specializes in landlord and tenant representation, with in depth market knowledge and extensive industry relationships.
Most recently, Deron spent nearly 13 years as Senior Executive Vice President at R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate, where he primarily advised and negotiated on behalf of landlords and tenants in addition to buyer/seller transactions throughout the Las Vegas and California markets. Prior to that, Deron held executive management positions at Weingarten Realty, Focus Property Group and Inter-Cal Real Estate Corp.
Deron’s past and present tenant rep clients include Big Lots, AT&T, Jack in the Box, Golden Chick, Hawaiian Bros, Zaba’s Mexican Kitchen, Carnegie Pizza, TOGO’S, Scooter’s Coffee, and State Farm Insurance.
On the landlord side, past and present client’s include Realty Income, Bridge 33 Capital, Shin Yen Management, TAVACO Properties, Tompkins Plaza LLC, 1263 Silverado LLC, and Windmill Capital.
Deron earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, holds a Nevada broker–salesman license and California salesperson license and is an active member of NAIOP and the international shopping center council, ICSC.
In his free time, Deron enjoys attending live concerts, traveling and spending quality time with his wife Jana and four kids, Audrey, Kennedy, Christian and Leyton. An avid sports fan, Deron’s favorite sports teams include the Vegas Golden Knights, San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Padres and his ala mater, San Diego State Aztecs.
