Joanna Zirbes

Joanna Zirbes is a Senior Associate at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate who specializes in retail brokerage services including leasing, marketing, landlord and tenant representation, lead generation, investment sales, buyer representation, site selection, and contract negotiations.

She began her career in commercial real estate in 2016 in Southern California where she honed her skills as part of a top-producing industrial team in the Inland Empire that specialized in advisory services, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and servicing institutional clients.

Joanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Southern California native and is a licensed real estate agent in both California and Nevada. She has also become a candidate member of the CCIM Institute and is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation conferred by the organization.

Joanna currently resides in Summerlin with her husband, Brandon, their three dogs (Louis, Coco and Chief) and Bengal cat (Tigger). In her free time, Joanna enjoys spending time with family, boating, hiking, wine tasting and traveling.
