Logan Etherington

Logan Etherington is an Associate with the Ogden Industrial Group at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate. He works alongside Amy Ogden, SIOR, and Madeline Nuha, a team that has completed more than $3 billion in industrial transactions and has worked on some of the most significant logistics and distribution projects in Southern Nevada. Together, the team represents owners, occupiers, and investors in industrial leasing, sales, and land transactions throughout the region.

Logan began his commercial real estate career at Colliers International, working in leasing and landlord representation. He then moved into video production and marketing, working with brands including the Las Vegas Raiders, UFC, Paramount, and ESPN. Before moving to LOGIC, Logan served as Director of Business Development for OnLocation Production, a cinema equipment rental company, where he led the company to record revenue growth. Logan brings a combination of brokerage, marketing, and business development experience that shapes how he serves industrial owners and tenants today.

Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UNLV. When he is not working, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing golf, and doing jiu-jitsu.
