Michael Keating Jr.

Michael Keating Jr. joined LOGIC Commercial Real Estate in 2023 and currently sits as an Associate with the Keating Group in the Reno, NV office. Michael specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties, with experience spanning landlord representation, tenant representation, leasing, investment sales, and owner-user transactions.

Michael spent the last three years in Southern Nevada working on transactions alongside national developers and institutional clients including Overton Moore Properties and Hopewell, as well as national tenants such as Amazon and ANA, in addition to a strong track record of smaller owner-user sales and leasing deals. He has also worked on land acquisitions and entitlement processes.

Michael graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Philosophy from St. Ambrose University, where he played collegiate lacrosse. He is an active member of NAIOP, including subcommittee participation, and previously worked at Rialto in the REO department specializing in CMBS loans. Michael spends his free time traveling, mountain biking, and skiing.
