Paul Miachika
Paul Miachika is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Paul earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business with a double major in Finance and Urban Land Economics. He began his career in Vancouver, BC with Royal LePage, Canada’s largest national real estate brokerage firm, specializing in industrial properties. In 1996, he joined Avison Young, a newly formed firm consisting of top commercial agents in major Canadian cities, where he brokered significant transactions, including the sale of British Columbia’s largest distribution facility.
In 1998, Paul moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to take advantage of the expanding Arizona economy. He joined NAI Horizon in 2002 and formed the Investment Services Group in 2003 with Cathy Jones, specializing in commercial investment transactions throughout the Southwest. The duo’s complementary skill sets and business model led to ISG becoming the number one NAI brokerage team in Las Vegas and Phoenix. In 2006, they formed Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc., and our currently celebrating their investment team’s 20th year of successful operations.
Paul is a licensed Broker in the State of Arizona, holds a Salesperson license in Nevada, and is the Designated Broker for the Scottsdale, AZ office. He is a member of NAIOP Southern Nevada, the International Council of Shopping Centers, a past member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee, helping promote the Valley of the Sun, providing grants to local charities and hosting events.
Recently, Paul joined LOGIC as an Executive Vice President with the Investment Services Group, where he brings his extensive experience in commercial investment transactions to the company. When not working, Paul enjoys his lifelong passion, competitive dinghy sailing, as well as recreational golfing and road cycling. He and his wife, Julie, love to travel to visit family and friends throughout Canada and the United States.
