Scott began his commercial real estate career in the New York City and Los Angeles markets before relocating to Las Vegas in 2013. Since then, he has built a practice that blends Landlord/tenant representation and investment advisory, partnering with office users and property owners to identify value-add opportunities, drive occupancy, and enhance long-term asset performance.
