LOGIC Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of the historic +/-63-acre Bonnie Springs Ranch outside of Las Vegas, Nevada on April 2, 2019 for $25,000,000.
“This deal meant more than a typical transaction for our firm because we assisted in helping a hard-working Nevada family retire,” said Brendan Keating, CEO of Logic. The sale also has deeper roots for Keating. “My dad practiced dentistry for 47 years in Las Vegas, retiring in 2014.” A principal of the selling entity as well as the buying entity were both old patients of his father’s. “Seeing two of my dad’s former clients transact was very special.”
Since 1952, Bonnie Springs Ranch has been a staple of Las Vegas history and was recently attracting more than 600,000 visitors per year. The family has continuously operated the ranch seven days a week for the past 67 years. Logic’s Brendan Keating, Gino Vincent, CCIM, and Sean Margulis represented the seller, Bonnie Springs Family, LP, while Paul Connaghan, attorney, provided legal representation to the family. Logic’s Neal Anzalotti represented the buyers, Joel Laub and Randall Jones.
Logic ran a customized marketing plan tailored for this one-of-a-kind property. The marketing process sourced interest from across the globe, but ultimately delivered two long-time local Nevada families who were able to execute on the deal.
