In 2021, LOGIC played a pivotal role in assisting Greenlawn Partners with the purchase of this property. Originally a build-to-suit extremely specialized pharmaceutical facility, Greenlawn Partners embarked on a renovation journey to transform it into a modern distribution facility. Subsequently, LOGIC facilitated the leasing of the property to Las Vegas Expo, leveraging its expertise to match the tenant’s needs with the property’s features. Following the successful lease with Las Vegas Expo, LOGIC continued to foster a strong partnership with Greenlawn Partners. Las Vegas Expo enlisted LOGIC’s services to sell three of their buildings, out of which LOGIC managed to sell two to GID. Capitalizing on this momentum, GID then engaged LOGIC to lease up their newly acquired building, a testament to LOGIC’s reputation and expertise in the real estate market.
