Situated on +/- 5.81 AC of land, the property is comprised of four in-line retail building surrounding Goodwill (NAP), Chili’s (NAP), and Pep Boys/Autozone (NAP). LOGIC represented the seller in the initial acquisition of the property in July of 2021, assisted in the leasing while the center underwent a full renovation, and then represented the seller in the disposition.
