LOGIC Commercial Real Estate Announces Senior Associate Promotions in the Reno Office
RENO, NV – June 1, 2023 – Nevada-based LOGIC Commercial Real Estate (LOGIC) is pleased to announce the promotions of several team members in the Reno office to Senior Associate. The high-performance and deal production of Emma Beauchamp, Paul Evans, Michael Dorn, and Sam Meredith has qualified them for the promotion.

Emma Beauchamp joined LOGIC in 2021 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, flex, and industrial properties. As a native northern Nevadan, she brings great value to clients through her extensive market knowledge and the relationships she has built. Emma is actively involved in local CCIM and NAIOP chapters and is a member of CREW.
Paul Evans joined LOGIC in 2021 after starting and building his brokerage agency in wholesale footwear over the past 23 years. Paul’s emphasis in real estate is in the sale & leasing of industrial and flex properties. His knowledge acquired from his experience as a business owner in northern Nevada brings a unique perspective to his client’s needs in the current market.
Michael Dorn joined LOGIC in 2019 as an intern on Michael Keating’s team during his senior year at the University of Nevada, Reno before becoming an Associate on the team. Mike assists in the sale and leasing of office properties, specializing in bringing innovative technology to the team. In 2022, Mike completed and graduated from the NAIOP Northern Nevada Chapter Developing Leaders Institute.
Sam Meredith joined LOGIC in 2019 as an intern on the CR Advisory team, led by Ian Cochran and Greg Ruzzine, before moving to an Associate role on the team. Sam currently specializes in the leasing, prospecting, and tenant representation of retail and office properties. He has created and maintains his team’s CRM, provides financial modeling for retail and office investments, and is currently working toward his CCIM designation.
