LOGIC Commercial Real Estate Welcomes Chase Houston, SIOR at Reno Brokerage Office.
Reno, NV – Jan. 30, 2023 – Nevada-based LOGIC Commercial Real Estate (LOGIC CRE) is excited to welcome Chase Houston, SIOR to the Reno office. Chase will be teaming with partner, Michael Keating, and Senior Associate Michael Dorn, as a Senior Vice President. The team specializes in office and industrial sales and investment transactions, office and industrial leasing, investment and owner/user sales, and tenant/buyer representation.
Chase joins LOGIC CRE from NAI Alliance, where he proved to be one of Northern Nevada’s top-producing commercial real estate professionals. He joined NAI in 2016, received summit awards rising star award in 2017, NAIOP developing leader award in 2019 and his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ “SIOR” designation in 2020 which puts him in with the top 1% of brokers.

Chase is a member of the national association of industrial and office properties, the industry’s commercial real estate development association, and recently marketed and completed the largest office lease in Northern Nevada history at Panasonic’s brand-new location at 645 E. Plumb Lane in Reno. He is also involved in the Young Professionals Network, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Economic Development Association of Western Nevada, and the Reno Downtown Partnership.

Chase grew up in Reno, NV and attended the University of Nevada, Reno. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business.
