Las Vegas, NV – July 14, 2025 – Nevada-based LOGIC Commercial Real Estate(LOGIC) is excited to welcome the team of Scott Donaghe and Adrian Pak to the Las Vegas brokerage office. Donaghe and Pak join the office from Avison Young and bring a wealth of local knowledge in office leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation.

Donaghe brings more than 18 years of experience with a strategic client- focused approach serving occupiers and investors throughout the Las Vegas valley. He began his commercial real estate career in both the New York City and Los Angeles markets before relocating to Las Vegas in 2013. Since then, he has built a practice that blends landlord/tenant representation and investment advisory, partnering with office users and property owners to identify value-add opportunities, drive occupancy, and enhance long-term asset performance.

With a strong track record of success, Pak brings a driven, client-first approach to every assignment, representing a mix of national, regional, and local companies. He began his commercial real estate career in Las Vegas in 2017 as an office broker and has since earned recognition as a multi-year CoStar Power Broker award winner.
