Nevada-based LOGIC Commercial Real Estate (LOGIC) is pleased to announce that Amy Ogden, SIOR, Partner, has earned two national honors from GlobeSt. in 2026, being named a Woman of Influence and a 2026 Influencer in Industrial Real Estate.
Ogden was recognized as a 2026 Woman of Influence in the Broker – Investment Sales category. The annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards recognize women across the commercial real estate industry whose achievements, leadership and contributions have made a significant impact on the market and helped advance the industry.

Her recognition as a 2026 Influencer in Industrial Real Estate further highlights Ogden’s impact within the industrial sector. The GlobeSt. program honors professionals, teams and organizations that have helped shape industrial commercial real estate through notable transactions, industry contributions, innovation and best practices.
“Receiving both of these honors in the same year is a tremendous reflection of Amy’s impact on our industry and the reputation she has built throughout her career,” said Jeff Jacobs, CEO of LOGIC Commercial Real Estate. “Amy brings an exceptional level of expertise, tenacity and commitment to her clients, while also serving as a leader within our firm and the broader commercial real estate community. We are incredibly proud to see her accomplishments recognized on a national level.”
The dual recognition adds to a growing list of industry accolades for Ogden. She was previously named a GlobeSt. Woman of Influence in 2023, recognized among GlobeSt.’s top Industrial Real Estate Influencers, and honored with a Connect CRE Women in Real Estate Award in 2025. Her career achievements include recognition from CoStar as a Power Broker winner multiple times, multiple Top 50 national industrial transactions through SIOR: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and Deal of the Year recognition from the SIOR Southern Nevada Chapter.
With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Ogden has established herself as one of the leading industrial professionals in the Las Vegas market. Her expertise spans building and land acquisition and disposition, tenant and landlord representation, bankruptcy sales, land assemblages, commercial development, 1031 exchanges and corporate relocations.
As a Partner at LOGIC and an SIOR designee, Ogden continues to play an integral role in the firm’s industrial practice while representing clients in complex transactions throughout Southern Nevada and beyond.
