LOGIC Commercial Real Estate Announces Promotions in Las Vegas and Reno Offices
LAS VEGAS & RENO, NV – February 6, 2024 – Nevada-based LOGIC Commercial Real Estate (LOGIC) is pleased to announce the promotions of several team members in the Las Vegas and Reno offices. The high-performance and deal production of Joanna Zirbes, CCIM, and Paul Evans have qualified them as Vice President. Karim Chatoor, CCIM, Nicole Clovis, Michael Sclafani and Gabrielle Newman have each earned a Senior Associate promotion.

Joanna Zirbes, CCIM joined LOGIC in 2021 and specializes in retail brokerage services including marketing, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, buyer representation, site selection, and contract negotiations. She is a proud Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation that represents proven expertise in financial, market, user, and investment analysis, as well as negotiations. Joanna was also recently recognized as a CoStar Powerbroker in 2023 for closing a top retail lease in Las Vegas.
Paul Evans joined LOGIC in 2021, after starting and building his brokerage agency in wholesale footwear over the past 23 years. He specializes in in the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties. Paul translates the wealth of knowledge acquired from his experience in sales and as a business owner in northern Nevada into his career in Commercial Real Estate.
Karim Chatoor, CCIM joined LOGIC in 2023 when his team, Investment Services Group (ISG), merged into the company from Sun Commercial Real Estate. Karim is an investment sales associate for ISG, one of the top commercial investment teams in Nevada. His role involves the acquisition and disposition of investment and vacant properties with an emphasis on multi-tenant and net-leased assets across industrial, retail, office, and medical use properties. In 2023, he received his CCIM designation and is an active member of NAIOP Southern Nevada.
Nicole Clovis joined in 2021 and specializes in office leasing and investment sales. Prior to LOGIC she had a successful career in the Business-to-Business Automotive space. An expert in retail, wholesale, automotive, distribution, sales channel, digital marketing, and B2B applications, Nicole prides herself in the ability to leverage cutting-edge technologies to benefit her clients – whether a startup, a multinational, or anything in-between.
Michael Sclafani joined LOGIC in 2021 as an Associate for the Vincent Advisory Group, which specializes in investment sales and gaming properties. On the team, his role includes servicing existing clients, helping manage the team’s deal pipeline, as well as prospecting and building relationships. He is actively involved in the NAIOP Southern Nevada chapter, as well as CCIM Southern Nevada while he pursues his designation. As a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, Michael graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and spends his free time trying to golf every course in Nevada.
Gabrielle Newman joined LOGIC in 2022 after working in advertising in New York City. She specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in Northern Nevada. She brings a unique outlook on the market based on her past experiences and long rooted relationships in the Reno/Tahoe area.
